EXECUTIVE CHEF 
ANGELO SOSA

“Carmocha is a not-so-subtle reference to Executive Chef Angelo Sosa's Aunt ‘Tía’ Carmen, taken after a lifelong nickname.

Inspired by the “what-if’s” of culinary travel, Angelo turned this vision into a global sampling of various cultures through small, tapas-style plates. The result is one of the most eclectic dining experiences in Greater Palm Springs.”

Once our full identity was approved,
we moved on to collateral, which included
business cards, check presenters,
matchbooks, and various wearable items.

In addition to branded collateral,
we were also asked to design
Carmocha’s suite of menus.

As with our work on the identity, we iterated
generously on the core menu layout.
